New Constructions of Steiner Systems

Abstract:
By definition a Steiner system S(n,m,t) is a set S and some set L(S) of subsets of S such that |S|=t, |l|=m for any lin L(S) and for every asubset S, |a|=n there exists unique asubseteq lin L(S).
We give some new constructions of Steiner systems S(2,3,t) and S(2,4,t).
This work is join with Marina Rasskazova (Omsk, Russian) and Diana Rasskazova (USP, Brazil)
