Clifford Algebra and the Maxwell System: Integral Representation Formulas and Radiation Conditions

Abstract:
We develop a unified approach to radiation conditions and integral representation formulas for null-solutions of the Helmholtz operator in exterior domains which are Clifford algebra-valued. The latter is an algebraic context which permits the simultaneous consideration of scalar-valued and vector-valued functions, as well as differential forms of any mixed degree. It includes, among others, the Maxwell System and its Silver-Müller radiation condition.We also present the study of the far field Pattern in this context (Joint work with Marius Mitrea, Dorina Mitrea and Irina Mitrea).
